Job Description
Jac & Osh Technologies is seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Officer to join our vibrant team. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in understanding and addressing customer needs, ensuring their satisfaction through effective communication, guidance, and recruitment support.
We offer a competitive salary of ₹12,00.00 to ₹18,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as paid sick leave and paid time off.
Preferred candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess at least 2 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 1 year in customer service. Proficiency in English is preferred. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Kochi, Kerala.
