Job Description
JAMES HEAL PHARMA PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Associate to join our team. This position involves managing inbound calls related to banking services, delivering accurate information, and addressing customer inquiries while upholding professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls and effectively resolve customer inquiries.
- Ensure professionalism and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions with customers meticulously.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Outstanding verbal communication skills in Hindi
- Freshers are welcome to apply
Salary: ₹11,476.70 – ₹18,841.10 per month
