Job Description
Jeeves Consumer Services Private Limited is hiring a full-time, on-site Front Desk Coordinator to courteously greet walk-in customers, answer inquiries, screen calls, and maintain accurate service records. Applicants must have a minimum of one year of customer-handling experience at an authorized consumer electronics or home appliances service center (e.g., LG, Samsung, Vivo, Oppo, Acer, Lenovo, RealMe, Nokia, Sony).
- Salary: ₹18,00–₹22,00 per month
- Benefits: cell phone and internet reimbursement, health and life insurance, Provident Fund
- Preferred: prior Front Desk Coordinator or Customer Support Executive experience in the consumer electronics industry
