Job Description
Jeeves Consumer Services Private Limited is on the lookout for a qualified candidate with 1 to 2 years of experience as a Service Coordinator, Technical Support Executive, Operations Executive, or Service Incharge to join our Apple Central Team located in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations at the Apple Service Centre.
- Prepare Purchase Orders, Claims, and Incentives.
- Conduct daily reviews of open calls with the field team.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and regional languages.
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
- Experience in the service industry with a background in field operations.
- Educational Background: Any Degree/Diploma/ITI/Technical Certification.
Salary: ₹25,00 – ₹30,00 per month with benefits.
