Position: Store keeper

Business: Property and Asset Management, Brookfield Portfolio at Noida Location

What this job involves

You will be performing the role of Store Inventory and procurement requisition at the site and will be responsible for the the financial services scope and responsibility defined in the Property Management Services agreement with client. Your key deliverables will be to:

Store Inventory and procurement requisition submission.

Maintain daily inventory register and issued items record in software and hardcopies.

Reediness for Audit preparation.

Online Procurement requisition submission.

Follow-ups for vendor for timely delivery of Items as per PO.

Maintain all records in online portal and softcopy as well

Client:

You will be working on Brookfield Portfolio, which is a Commercial located at Noida location

Site dynamics:

Work Schedule:

Site team: e.g.: State Manager

Other details if any.

Reporting:

You will be reporting to the Estate Manager

Being Analytical and Meticulous

You must pay attention to detail and have excellent accounting and financial management knowledge and skills. Possess the ability to collate information into the system and maintain it in the record books.

Qualifications

You will have a Degree / Diploma with relevant educational background in Accounting & Finance/ Commerce with min 3-5years of work experience.

Good knowledge of computer applications (Tally) & GAAP would be desirable.

Knowledge of Store Inventory Management and online portal.
