Job Description
JN Freight Forwarders is on the lookout for a dedicated and client-oriented Executive Accounts Professional to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as you will serve as the primary liaison for our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include managing branch cash transactions, processing bank payments, handling client and agent billings, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. You will also be responsible for promptly addressing client concerns to guarantee their satisfaction while fostering and maintaining robust client relationships.
