Job Description
Blue Star India is seeking a committed Safety Officer to join our Chennai-KRM team. In this critical role, you will oversee site safety protocols to ensure compliance with established guidelines, with the goal of achieving zero accidents. You will collaborate with project staff to implement safety policies and lead regular toolbox talks to bolster worker awareness. Your duties will also involve verifying that all deployed workers meet engagement criteria and reporting any intentional infractions. Furthermore, you will take an active role in safety training programs and lead emergency response efforts when immediate action is required.
