Job Description
ZapTech Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated AR Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be tasked with making outbound cold calls to our list of debtors. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring accurate call dispositions and generating quality leads for collections. You will work closely with the collections team to schedule appointments and follow up on leads effectively.
The ideal candidate should have completed at least their 12th grade education and possess fluency in English, along with strong communication and active listening skills.
This position offers shift timings from Monday to Friday, with options of 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM or 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹16,00 to ₹23,00 per month, along with benefits such as meals, health insurance, and a provident fund.
