Job Description
Seven Seas Hotel is looking for a dedicated Junior Controller to join our Food & Beverage department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in monitoring and managing F&B costs, supporting cost analysis, overseeing stock control, and ensuring adherence to company policies for precise reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring F&B costs and adherence to budgets.
- Prepare comprehensive F&B cost reports.
- Conduct regular inventory checks.
- Verify requisitions and track consumption records.
- Assist in the costing of menus and recipes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hotel Management.
- 0-2 years of experience in F&B control is preferred.
- Recent graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
