Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to serve as the primary point of contact for our international clients. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, effectively resolve customer inquiries, document interactions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Applicants should have at least a 12th-grade education, possess strong verbal communication skills in English, and demonstrate basic computer proficiency. Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts. We encourage fresh graduates to apply!
