Job Description
NALS Outdoors is looking for a passionate Outdoor Trainer / Facilitator to spearhead outbound training and team-building initiatives for students, faculty, and corporate groups. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging content while prioritizing safety during all adventure activities.
The ideal applicant will possess a minimum of two years of outbound training experience, exceptional English communication skills, and a charismatic personality. Completion of a Basic Mountaineering course is preferred, along with proficiency in Tamil and Hindi.
This position is located in Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu, and offers exciting travel opportunities.
