Job Description
ADDURCO is looking for a motivated and dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Your main objective will be to deliver outstanding customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
We are seeking candidates with strong communication skills in English and proficiency in MS Office. Recent graduates with exceptional communication abilities are highly encouraged to apply.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary between ₹15,00.00 and ₹20,00.00 per month. Work will be conducted in person.
