Job Description
Nura AI Health Screening Centre is seeking a dedicated and personable Guest Relation Executive (Females) to enhance our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering an outstanding guest experience, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet and assist guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Coordinate and manage appointments for health screenings.
- Provide detailed information about our services.
- Address and resolve guest feedback and concerns promptly.
- Maintain an organized and inviting reception area.
Requirements: Previous experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and knowledge of health services is an advantage.
