Job Description
P9 Farms Private Limited is looking for a committed Customer Care Executive to be a part of our dynamic team. Since our inception in 2020, Arthlife Kids has gained recognition for blending style and comfort in children’s fashion throughout India.
Responsibilities: You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Candidates must possess proven experience in customer service, along with excellent communication and time management skills.
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM. Salary: ₹10,512.81 – ₹14,00.00 per month.
Benefits: We offer cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund. Proficiency in both Hindi and English is required.
