Job Description
Arena Interiors is in search of a knowledgeable and mature female Office Administrator with a pleasing demeanor and exceptional language skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for tele-calling and coordinating various back office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare regular expense and budget reports for the office.
- Maintain and update company databases.
- Organize and manage a filing system for essential and confidential documents.
- Respond to inquiries from employees and clients.
- Record attendance and maintain the company calendar.
- Schedule appointments and book meeting rooms as necessary.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
