Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Customer Support professional to join our Secunderabad team. The ideal candidate should possess 12 to 15 years of experience in parts sales and dealer management. Key responsibilities include evaluating performance in Parts Sale Revenue Service Touch Points, analyzing Dealer Performance Data, and generating revenue through account reconciliation. Additionally, the candidate will develop customer retention strategies, manage KOEL Bandhan, EW, CRI & Super CRI promotions, enhance service touch point performance, oversee aftermarket channel management, and drive new product promotions and business development initiatives through dealers.
