Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate performance improvement for underperforming team members.
- Elevate the performance of average team members through effective coaching and mentoring.
- Assess training needs and oversee the delivery of weekly training sessions for sales teams.
- Implement on-the-job training interventions, including buddy rides and performance audits.
- Prepare new hires for field assignments within seven days.
- Provide support to HSO Trainees during their first three months to enhance productivity.
Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience Requirement: 4 – 5 years in a relevant role.
Skills: Proficiency in Sales Approach, Prospecting, Negotiating, and more.
