Job Description
We are seeking to fill the position of Phone Banking Officer at our Corporate Hub in Malad West Mindspace. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from ₹26,00 to ₹40,00 monthly, complemented by additional incentives and overtime pay.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess an HSC or a Graduate degree along with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Availability for night shifts (5 days on, 2 days off).
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software.
