Job Description

RealPage, Inc. is actively recruiting a Process Associate who will be responsible for managing daily invoice processing through the Nexus tool in Simple Bills. The successful candidate will handle key invoice entries, ensure data accuracy, and adhere to production and quality standards in a dynamic environment. Effective communication regarding any discrepancies to supervisors is essential for this role.

Applicants should possess a graduate degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for those who have completed coursework in accounting. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in invoice processing is required, along with at least 1 year in general accounting functions, particularly in Accounts Payable. Familiarity with basic financial reporting operations is highly desirable.
