Job Description

PepsiCo is looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer / Development Team Lead to become a key member of our innovative team. In this position, you will be responsible for creating Salesforce technical solutions that align with business needs, designing data models, and guiding a team of developers to ensure tasks are completed on schedule. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field and have 7 to 10 years of comprehensive IT experience, including a minimum of 4 years working with Salesforce.com.

Essential qualifications include proficiency in customizing Salesforce using Apex, Lightning, and APIs (SOAP/REST). Experience with Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud and Agile methodologies is desirable. Preferred candidates will have familiarity with CG Cloud, Einstein, and hold an active Salesforce Developer Certification.
