Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to manage Cash on Delivery (COD) orders via phone calls, ensuring seamless operations and boosting customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Candidates should have experience in telecalling or customer service, possess excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English, and be comfortable making 200-300 calls daily.
Location: Work from home | Salary: ₹16,00.00 – ₹18,00.00 per month
