In these roles, you will be responsible for leading the Halwai and Chaat team, ensuring timely food preparation and delivery while upholding our high culinary standards.

Your key responsibilities will include managing the Halwai and Chaat section, supervising daily team operations, and effectively addressing any food quality concerns. You will also create and oversee the duty roster for your team, ensuring a well-organized kitchen environment.
