Job Description
Colstay Limited is on the lookout for a qualified Company Secretary to ensure adherence to statutory regulations and enhance organizational governance. Key responsibilities entail maintaining statutory registers, coordinating Board and Annual General Meetings, drafting legal documents, and providing guidance on company policies.
Ideal candidates should hold a Company Secretary certification from ICSI, an LLB degree, and demonstrate strong knowledge of relevant laws. Excellent drafting and communication skills, along with 2-4 years of pertinent experience, are essential.
