Job Description
IdlyGo is on the lookout for a qualified Housekeeping Supervisor with 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have completed their 10th or 12th grade, with a Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management being highly preferred. We offer a competitive annual CTC ranging from 2.4 to 2.8 Lacs.
Your responsibilities will include supervising a team of housekeeping staff, maintaining high cleanliness standards, ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations, and providing training to team members. Strong leadership abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and prior supervisory experience in hotels or restaurants are essential.
Please note that a two-wheeler is required, and applicants should be aged between 26 and 30 years.
