Job Description
Rupymart Tech Private Limited is looking for dedicated Back Office Process Executives to join our app/web-based digital lending platform in Kolkata. Our mission is to provide microloans to individuals aged 21 and older, addressing their financial needs effectively.
Desired Qualifications:
- Graduate with basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Google Sheets)
- 0 to 1 year of experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain loan records and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare daily activity reports
- Handle customer calls effectively
Salary ranges from ₹10,00 to ₹15,00 per month, along with benefits such as internet reimbursement and paid sick leave.
