Job Description
Prodapt is actively looking for dedicated Project Coordinators with excellent communication and sales skills to join our Customer Chat Support Team based in Thoraipakkam, Chennai. This is a full-time position requiring immediate availability.
In the role of Project Coordinator, you will address customer inquiries through chat, promote our products, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Your responsibilities will also include team management, coaching, mentoring, and the preparation of weekly business reports. A bachelor’s degree in any field, coupled with strong written communication skills and a proven sales aptitude, is essential. Ideal candidates should have 5 to 10 years of experience in sales or chat support, preferably within the Telecom Billing sector.
