Job Description
Risosu Consulting is seeking a BPO Call Center Apprentice to join our team in Mumbai! This full-time position features rotational shifts, providing you with a dynamic office environment.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to both potential and existing customers, addressing inquiries related to travel and bookings, and delivering outstanding customer service. This position is ideal for fresh graduates, as no previous experience is required.
We offer a monthly stipend ranging from ₹20,00 to ₹25,00, along with performance-based incentives, rewards, and travel discounts. Graduates from the years 2021 to 2025 are encouraged to apply.
