Job Description
LOUD Media and Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dedicated Customer/Technical Support Executives for our Telecom process based in Mumbai. We invite applications from undergraduates, including both freshers and experienced candidates.
Compensation: Competitive salary up to ₹6 LPA, with a rotational work schedule of 18 hours (6:00 PM IST to 09:30 AM IST), five days a week.
Requirements: Strong communication skills, proficient problem-solving abilities, and basic computer skills are essential. Prior experience in live chat support or customer service within the Telecom sector is required.
This full-time position includes benefits such as health insurance and a provident fund.
