Job Description

Sathyam Bio (P) Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Agriculture Officer to enhance our agricultural initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide technical guidance and conduct field visits, assisting farmers with effective crop management practices and ensuring the successful implementation of our agricultural programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor crop health and offer agronomic advice.
• Demonstrate company products to promote usage.
• Support farmers in managing pests, diseases, and nutrients.
• Gather and analyze field data for informed decision-making.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Agriculture or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in agronomy is preferred.
• Effective communication skills in both Tamil and English.
