Job Description
Prime Services Private Limited is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Outbound Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to assist customers, address inquiries, and promote our diverse range of products and services.
Key responsibilities include effective communication in English, Bengali, and Hindi, resolving customer concerns, generating leads, and accurately maintaining records of all interactions. This position offers full-time employment with day shifts available from Monday to Friday.
