Primary Responsibilities:
As a Vendor and Internal Coordination Specialist, you will manage vendor relationships to procure goods and services for marketing initiatives. Your role involves negotiating agreements and ensuring timely purchase order placement and payments. You will collaborate with corporate accounts, taxation, branches, IT, and finance for day-to-day operations.
Additionally, you will maintain vendor account hygiene, monitor expenditures, and report any discrepancies. You will also ensure compliance with the central compliance team and field sales, providing Management Information System (MIS) reports weekly, monthly, and quarterly relevant to the commercial hierarchy.
