Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Amazon Flipkart Caller. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, following established scripts to discuss various topics, identifying customer needs, and providing effective solutions. You will also have opportunities to upsell products, foster customer relationships, maintain accurate records in our database, and participate in seminars to enhance your performance.
Note: This position is open to FRESHERS only.
Salary: ₹9,414.73 – ₹19,620.54/month. Enjoy a flexible schedule and the option to work from home.
