Job Description
RAPTEE ENERGY PVT LTD is currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Service Information Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing accurate information about our products and services, addressing customer inquiries through various channels, effectively resolving complaints, and managing transactions in line with company procedures.
The ideal candidate will maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions within our CRM system and work collaboratively with other departments to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Entry-level
Salary: ₹8,200.24 – ₹42,516.55 per month
