Job Description
Cosmic Byte is actively looking for a committed Customer Service Assistant to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing all incoming customer inquiries, delivering accurate information, and directing clients to the appropriate departments when necessary. You will resolve issues by escalating them to management and managing customer complaints, including processing refunds when required.
In this role, you will also maintain our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, provide quotes, verify product availability, and efficiently handle payment transactions.
