Job Description
Bluemoon Construction is looking for a proactive and committed Accounts Receivable Caller, ideally between the ages of 20-30, to enhance our revenue cycle management. In this vital role, you will:
- Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claims follow-up.
- Resolve issues related to denied or rejected claims.
- Engage with patients regarding outstanding balances.
- Accurately document all call activities.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy.
- Generate detailed reports on accounts receivable and claim statuses.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from ₹29,103.88 to ₹35,032.24, along with benefits including a Provident Fund. Please note that this role requires in-person attendance.
Requirements
