Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Kochi, Kadavanthra. This full-time position requires you to work from 11 AM to 8 PM, offering a competitive salary of up to ₹25,00 plus performance-based incentives. Ideal candidates are under the age of 30 and possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field.
In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, nurturing client relationships, conducting follow-ups, and addressing complaints with efficiency. You will also maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely payment processing. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship management and demonstrate strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
