Job Description
ADVANTAGE INFRABUILD is actively seeking a committed Customer Service Representative to become a vital member of our energetic team. In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating incoming and outgoing calls to ensure quality assurance. You will assess agents’ communication capabilities and provide insightful feedback.
