Job Description

ALPHA REALITY is in search of a highly motivated Junior Legal Associate to support our civil law and real estate practices. This position entails managing property documentation, drafting various legal documents, and resolving land disputes. The selected candidate will work in close collaboration with our legal team to ensure compliance and accurate documentation for all transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft Sale Deeds, Lease Agreements, and other legal documents.
• Assist in managing civil dispute cases alongside senior legal counsel.
• Conduct title verifications and perform property due diligence.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess an LL.B or LL.M degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Strong drafting and communication skills are a must.
