Job Description
Balsām- Cafe & Kitchen is thrilled to announce an opening for the position of Hostess. In this role, you will be responsible for managing reservation systems, warmly greeting guests, and escorting them to their tables according to their preferences. You will also assist with large party bookings, enhance customer service during peak hours, and communicate important updates and events to our guests.
Proficiency in both English and Hindi is required. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a salary between ₹12,00.00 and ₹17,00.00 per month. Additional benefits include complimentary meals and paid time off. The position is based in-person at our location.
