Walls Asia Architects and Engineers is on the lookout for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to become a vital part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee project finances, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

• Estimating and forecasting costs for project materials.
• Monitoring design and construction changes, and adjusting budgets accordingly.
• Preparing and analyzing tender costs while drafting comprehensive progress reports.
• Identifying and assessing potential commercial risks.

Qualifications include:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in civil engineering (preferred).
• Strong numerical and financial management skills, along with proficiency in English.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Salary: Starting at ₹15,500.00 per month
