Job Description

We are seeking a CRM Executive with 2–5 years of experience in the Real Estate or Banking/Housing Loan sectors. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the customer journey from booking to handover, ensuring a seamless process by effectively coordinating with internal teams.

Your key responsibilities will include tracking payment follow-ups, maintaining CRM database accuracy, and coordinating property registration along with after-sales support.

Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of real estate documentation and RERA regulations, as well as experience with CRM software. A graduate degree or MBA is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
