Job Description
Infosys BPM Limited is actively seeking a motivated Process Trainee. We invite graduates from the years 2022 to 2025 to apply, preferably those holding a Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, or business management. We encourage fresh graduates with up to one year of full-time work experience to submit their applications.
The key responsibilities for this position include achieving daily process targets, complying with client shift schedules, and processing transactions in accordance with established guidelines. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and familiarity with the mortgage or banking sector will be considered an advantage. Candidates must be flexible to work in a shift-based environment, including night shifts.
