Job Description

National Securities Depository seeks a Surveillance Officer (Team Member – Surveillance) based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate holds a postgraduate degree in Finance or a bachelor’s/diploma in Law, Legal Studies, or a related discipline, with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Monitor depository operations and surveillance alerts;
• Interpret and process regulatory and court orders;
• Investigate and escalate suspicious activity;
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and operations teams;
• Maintain accurate records and assist with regulatory reporting and audits;
