Job Description
Clirnet is seeking a Customer Engagement Intern to join our Kolkata team. The intern will support engagement efforts by making outbound calls to customers and healthcare professionals, addressing queries, sharing timely updates, and ensuring courteous, professional communication.
- Follow daily outbound call lists and maintain precise records.
- Explain products and services clearly and collect customer feedback.
- Support lead qualification and data entry tasks.
Strong verbal communication and telephone etiquette are required. Graduate and undergraduate students are encouraged to apply. Prior customer-facing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
