Job Description
Asian Paints is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shared Services Executive to strengthen our Corporate Finance team in Mumbai. The role includes:
- Timely processing of invoices and payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Approving vendor accounts and coordinating resolution of invoice queries with stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with GST regulations and internal company policies.
- Preparing and distributing payment performance reports.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and contributing to automation initiatives.
