Job Description

We seek a detail-oriented Marketplace Operations Associate to manage catalog, inventory, orders, customer experience, and compliance across online marketplaces.

• Optimize listings (titles, bullets, keywords, images, A+ Content); manage pricing, offers, and promotions.
• Coordinate with warehouse for timely pick-pack-ship, monitor inventory levels, and handle returns, damaged or lost-in-transit claims.
• Respond to buyer inquiries within SLA, monitor ratings/ODR, and improve reviews through compliant practices.
• Perform basic keyword research, support PPC tasks, and report KPIs (conversion, CTR, Buy Box %, ACOS/ROAS).
• Ensure marketplace policy compliance, support reconciliations, and prepare regular dashboards; perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications: 2–4 years hands-on with Amazon Seller Central; experience with Flipkart/BigBasket/Meesho or quick-commerce is a plus. Full-time, in-person. Compensation: ₹15,00–₹22,00/month.
