Job Description
As an Experience Center Ambassador, you will represent Frido in-store by delivering consultative service, ergonomic product demonstrations, and memorable brand experiences. You will welcome and advise customers, conduct storytelling-driven demos, resolve queries, support in-store events, and relay customer preferences to improve products and experiences.
- Requirements: strong communication and interpersonal skills; presentable, confident, and customer-focused; ability to connect with urban, health-conscious customers; curious and adaptable. Retail, hospitality, or lifestyle experience preferred.
- Employment: Full-time, permanent; on-site. Compensation: ₹400,00–₹600,00 per year.
