Job Description

We are seeking an Operations & Finance Executive with 1–2 years’ experience in chit companies, NBFCs, or finance. Key responsibilities include negotiating client and vendor contracts; establishing company-wide policies and procedures; reviewing financial reports and advising on operational improvements; and developing and presenting proposals to win new business.

• Experience: 1 year in Chit/NBFC (required)
• Employment: Full-time, Permanent; On-site in Thrissur
• Salary: ₹17,00–₹22,00 per month
• Benefits: Paid time off, Provident Fund
