Job Description
Olivia Hospitality seeks a dedicated Guest Service Associate (GSA) to join our Service Department. The successful candidate will deliver warm, personalized service and ensure guest needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests to ensure a pleasant experience.
- Take orders and oversee timely food and beverage delivery.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
- Manage billing and transactions in accordance with company standards.
- Collect guest feedback to support continuous service improvement.
Job Type: Full-time • Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month

Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
