Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Virtual Assistant fluent in Norwegian and English for an on-site role in Navi Mumbai. Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience required. Responsibilities include calendar management, meeting coordination, handling inbound/outbound calls, replying to emails and messages, data entry, maintaining confidential client records, conducting research, supporting client retention, and translating documents between Norwegian and English.
